Technical Note Series

The series runs to 211 notes. Two are released as an extract. The remainder are held either because they describe the substrate's construction or because they are drafts that were never cleared and were retained rather than destroyed.

Notes are written for internal readers and are not adapted for general audiences. Each carries a limitations section under NC-GOV-0001 §4; those sections are not abridged on release, which is the reason the released subset is small.

Characterizes 412,663 append events with no identifiable originating terminal. Reports the arrival process, independence tests, and linkage structure. Offers no interpretation of them.

On external review No note in this series has been externally reviewed. Meaningful review would require disclosure of the substrate's construction, which is not available at any tier described in the published access instrument. Readers should weight these results accordingly. NeuroCrypt considers this a defect in its posture and has not corrected it.
