This desk is the point of contact for the document register. Its scope is the register and the extract served against it. The desk holds no delegation from any program office and cannot speak for one.

Answered
Whether an identifier appears in the register; the revision, effective date and availability recorded against it; which office originated a holding; and where a term is defined. Terminology is at NC-GL-0001.
Not answered
Why a holding is withheld, what a sealed holding contains, and whether a reference absent from the register was ever issued. The first is a determination of the originating office. The third the desk is not in a position to establish, and a denial from this desk should not be read as one.
Access
Not obtained here. The published instrument is NC-SEC-0004. The desk maintains no waiting list and does not record expressions of interest, so there is no queue to be placed in and no position in it to enquire after.
Synchronization
